My healthcare coverage issue was completely resolved with Healthcare.gov on 1/5/17, but as of 2/17/17, everyone is still waiting for Ambetter to get their act together.From Customer Service rep to rep and supervisor to supervisor, all anyone there can do is pass the buck.
Even "high priority escalation" status doesn't make any difference. Customer Service sends info to the Enrollment Dept., who says it should go to the HICS Dept. (Health Insurance Casework System). These departments don't seem to do anything, and none of them are accessible to any of us.
So I just keep calling back over and over and over, and getting the runaround.How does this mess get fixed?
