have had an ongoing problem with filling a prescription because you are saying that I have not met my deductible. I actually met my deductible by the end of January. I have not had a problem all year/ Now suddenly you are saying that I have not met my deductible. Over the last three weeks beginning October 29, 2018 I have sent numerous emails, and spent countless hours on the phone. I never talk to the same person twice. The last person I talked to on 11/16/2018 at 12:05 PM Arizona time gave me attitude. I have been told that it could take 45 to 60 days to resolve the issue. This time frame is not acceptable. Your web site has the following quote "If you believe a delay in the decision making may impose an imminent and serious threat to your health, please contact customer service using the toll-free telephone number on your ID card to request an expedited review.". I have called that number and I still get attitude from the person on the other side of the phone.

I am told that the Pharmacy has to "audit" my records to make sure I met the deductible. I am not sure why this takes so long. I can log in and see each transaction in January. It takes me 10 minutes to see my transactions.

Your website brags about about excellent customer service. I do not call this excellent customer service. Quite honestly, I get the feeling that you would prefer I just go away and stop asking you to fix this. Most companies, including the company I work for, offer the customer a satisfaction survey to ensure customer satisfaction. I have never been offered a survey by your company. Which tells me that you do not care about customer satisfaction or that you know your service is so poor that you already know that customers will decimate on your survey.

I am not sure who is going to even read this email. All of my emails I have sent internal from by Ambetter account have proved futile.

I am hoping to be able to reach someone who can get this resolved for me

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I want them to pay for my prescription as prescribed in benefits .
