Ambetter has the reward program and asked the customers to do things like putting in their previous health data, get a flu shot and having the annual physical exam in return with a debit card. Basically, the reward is not given away for free and customers are required to spend their time and effort to earn it. However, they would suspend the account as soon as you are not enrolled as their member. It happened to me with my $175 reward I earned in 2018. In 2019 since their premium is higher than BCBS and I did not enrolled with Ambetter. They suspended my debit card with notice. I think this type

of policy is a trick to their valuable customers. When you earned something, you should be able to keep it.

I am sure there must be a fine print somewhere to allow them to carry such deceitful practice without breaking the law. But they should ashamed themselves for laying such trap to take advantage of their own customers.

Customers be aware !!!!
